SYLLABUS

Lessons take place at the circuit, in the garages for hands-on classes and in a suite for classroom modules. 

 The top FIVE students are guaranteed a placement with a professional race team for six months -
an unbeatable chance to gain more experience

 

Topics

  • Assembly and disassembly of the front fork and damper, the race set-up, troubleshooting of riders' difficulties, setting up the chassis in accordance with the engine, ECU modifications, pneumatics and final drive. 

 

  • Electronics, will cover looms and connectors, ECU management, mapping, engine strategies (anti-skid, anti-wheelie, engine brake, etc.) and telemetry. 

 

  • Powertrain modules will cover in depth the disassembly and assembly of the entire engine, gearbox, clutch and combustion unit. These modules will also cover performance improvements and data analysis.

The areas covered will allow students to tackle any challenge and fix any problem under  the typical time restraints of a racing weekend. 

Bikes such as a Yamaha R1, Suzuki GsxR 1000 and an Aprilia 125 RS will be used for the hands-on practical training. 

The course will include organised tours to race teams.
