Taking place in the ‘Innovation and R&D’ module of Automechanika Birmingham’s 2017 seminar programme and featuring leading representatives from the global motorsport and automotive sectors, this inspiring and interactive session, hosted by the Motorsport Industry Association (MIA), will explore how world-leading Motorsport Valley® suppliers are increasingly adding value to the automotive supply chain, based on a long-established foundation of race-bred innovation, rapid response and disruptive thinking.

Key developments being pioneered in motorsport include: advanced aerodynamics, next-generation propulsion systems, lightweight structures, high-performance battery technologies, enhanced data capture and analysis, advanced electronic systems and connected / autonomous vehicle technologies.
